I'm Back

Well everyone.
I decided that I should post something here. It has been quite some time since I was able to get back into speaking my mind. I have been busy "Fighting the good fight". And by that. I mean watching Youtube videos and leaving witty comments.
What to talk about? There is just so much going on in the world currently. From Nuclear Threats, to the fall of the Republic. Its just crazy.
But, all is well. We have president Obama now to make certain that America, when she falls, will land right in the lap of socialism. Isn't that grand?

Well, to be honest every day I thank the maker that the Stimulus crap was passed first before the Health care bill. I mean I know no one reads it:

Well hes right, whats the point there really is no possible way that they can comprehend the legal lingo, and what everything means, especially when they have 2-4 days to do it? Its just insane.
Oh wait, but congress has the audacity to do this:

"Democrats on the committee have hired a speed reader to read the more than 900-page climate change bill if necessary."

How can anyone take this congress seriously?
Well, I will have more to come on the health care bill. So..you will just have to wait.

Now, can we take an honest look at this list and what it means?

Let us look at the Clinton years.
We will look from 1992 to 2000 and look at the average percentage that each class (tax bracket) has to pay. (I'm going to do the math, you are welcome to double check it)

I want you to look at this and try to comprehend what I have just shown you.
During the Clinton years. The bottom 99% of ALL taxpayers were paying 69.30%(on average) of the taxes for the United States.
During the Bush years. The bottom 99% of ALL taxpayers were paying 65.16%(on average) of the taxes for the United States.

Now, I mean sure you can look at this, and say well I mean those percentages are A LOT. However, you must look at the details. That is 99% of ALL taxpayers. That means that on average, the TOP 1% of all taxpayers during the Clinton years payed 30.7% of all taxes for the United States. Which also means that during the Bush years the TOP 1% pays 34.84% of All income taxes.

Now, you say, well I mean that's still a lot of people and they deserve to pay.
But how many people is it really?
Lets dissect this.
The Average number of total tax returns filed during the Bush Era was 129,602,551. Out of that the average bottom 99% tax payers filed 128,306,525 that leaves(using basic math)
1, 296,026 people who are considered the top 1% of all income tax payers.
That means that that 1.3 million people are paying 34.84% of all the taxes.

I wish that you all sit and think about what these numbers mean. How do you feel about putting the burden of America on the shoulders of 1.3 million people out of our over 300 Million people(not tax payers just plain old population)?
I'm sorry, but I do NOT believe that this is a fair share. I think that the government could solve these problems by lowering costly spending on things that are not of superior importance, things that non-profit organizations could easily take over.
If you actually got this far though this. I would like you to look at the Clinton/Bush comparison. Why were the poor paying more during the Clinton years than the Bush. I don't understand how you can still continue to tell Americans that they are worse off than they were 8 years ago. Sure we have problems. But look where the burden of taxes has shifted, and continues to shift. Towards those who invest in our country. What sense does it make to continue to punish success?
I can't understand how socialism is making a break for the heart of the country.
